Level73 s.r.l., Via della Farnesina 73, 00135 Rome (RM) Italy - email up@level73.it, as the Data Controller, is careful in guaranteeing, in each and every processing activity, the protection of personal data of interested parties.

This document will outline what personal information we collect about you while you browse our website level73.it, how we collect it, what purposes it is used for and what your rights regarding personal data are.

What data do we collect

The only data we collect is the data you input in our contact form. This data is then used to generate an encrypted email that is shipped to our central email address. Your data is not stored in databases, text files, or any other means of storing data other than the email. The information used to generate this email are your name, email and message.

We only use it to reply to your questions, enquiries or messages. We store our email conversations to keep a track record of them. No other processing is involved.

How is our data processing legitimate and legal

When you clicked on the "send email" button on our website, you explicitly accepted this privacy policy. This allows us to come in contact and follow up on any conversation we might be having, respect our legal obligations and pursue our commercial and ethical interests, all while fully respecting your rights and privileges and never letting our own rights prevail on yours.

Considering how our processes are secure and not liable to privacy damages, and that you may request at any time the deletion of all of your personal data, we believe our use of your data is legitimate and legal, compliant in spirit, method and letter to the European Regulation for Personal Data protection (Art. 670/2016), thus granting us legal grounds to pursue it.

How long will we keep your data

We will keep your emails on our terminals and the email servers used by Level73 for 5 years maximum from the last email exchange.

Who do we share your data with

Nobody and no-one.

Is your data being transferred outside the EU?

No, your data is hosted on email servers inside the EU and our terminals. Our email provider is Gandi.net, (Gandi International SARL - 7, Rue des Mérovingiens, L-8070 Bertrange Luxembourg).

Your rights and how you can exercise them

The European Regulation on the protection of personal data (2016/679) guarantees you, as the data subject, specific rights.

For each treatment, you can exercise the following rights:

Right of access:
you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data in our possession and which is being processed;
Right to rectification:
you have the right to rectify your personal data stored by Level73 if they are not updated or correct;
Right to object to the processing of personal data for commercial purposes:
you can request that Level73 stop sending commercial communications at any time;
Right to object to decisions based on exclusively automated processes:
you can request not to be the recipient of decisions taken based on exclusively automated processes, including profiling activity;
Right to revoke a consent given:
you have the right to revoke the consent given for a specific processing at any time;
Right to contact the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data:
you have the right to contact the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data if you have doubts about the processing of personal data carried out by Level73.

You can also exercise the following rights under certain circumstances:

Right to cancellation:
you can request that AIDA delete your personal data if the purposes of the processing have ceased and there are no legitimate interests or legal provisions that require its continuation;
Right to object to processing:
you can request that AIDA ceases to carry out a certain processing on your personal data;
Right to limit processing:
you have the right to request that AIDA limit the processing operations on your personal data;
Right to data portability:
you have the right to obtain a copy of your data in a structured and electronically transferable format to another Data Controller.
